Live Sound and Event Production

From festivals and private events, to fundraisers and bar gigs, Unstable can help with the production of your next live music outing or festival event.

Unstable has been providing professional sound for live music and comedy shows, fundraisers and special events throughout Colorado since 2012 and can now also provide stages, lighting and generators for larger events.

We use quality gear and provide expertise so that you can focus on what’s important – keeping your audience engaged. Wireless Shure vocal mics and Shure SM instrument mics provide clear, full range sound reproduction through QSC, JBL and/or PreSonus AI series speakers/subs with up to 6,000W/135SPL of FOH power for larger audiences, all managed and digitally engineered through our private WiFi control network.

Sound expensive?  It really isn’t – a basic bar gig start can start as low as $150, and sound for an all-day festival can be as low as $600. Give us a call for more details and let’s have a no-pressure chat about your 2017 event.

Original Content

Thieving Cat Media and Unstable Entertainment have joined forces with Denver Open Media on a new project called “Into the Night”.

Shot entirely in metro Denver, ‘Into the Night’ primarily spotlights local music and emerging artists while highlighting interesting venues and late night landmarks.
If you’re a fan of local music, or local area nightlife in general, we hope you’ll join us as production begins in early 2017.

Technically Speaking

It’s easy, our first season has 6 episodes planned – if season 1 goes well, we’ll continue on to season 2.  Season 1 will be shot in 4K using multiple GH4 cameras, and each episode will be released in 1080p (HD) with 2 channel stereo imaged sound.  Sound quality is important to us and we have a lot of options for recording. We’re happy to work with bands, artists or venues to get the best sound recording and reproduction each studio or on-location event will allow.

Into The Night: Season 1

Each episode will consist of (1) In-Studio segment and (2) On-Location segments and will air in rotation on Comcast/xfinity channels 57 and 58 for approximately 30 days after release.  You’ll also be able to easily find and stream episodes online through all the usual suspects. Check back often for updated information and schedules.
